Make mindfulness a sustainable part of your life
Join me for a 30-minute session ahead of the retreat to anchor into your personal intention for saying yes. We will use this time to answer any questions you have and support you stepping into the weekend feeling oriented and present.
Join me for a 60 minute session within the two weeks following the retreat to integrate your personal learnings into your life. This can be a space where I support you continuing your meditation and mindfulness practices at home as well as feel aligned to how your 2026 intentions get to come alive.
Meditation has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety, inflammation in the body, and lower blood pressure.

As long as you have an open mind and curiosity to practice meditation, all levels of experience are welcomed. On this retreat, you will be guided in various types of formal mindfulness practice (ie. sitting meditation, walking meditation, lying down meditation and standing). You will also be guided with various types of informal guided mindfulness practices (ie. mindful eating practices, movement practices, writing practices, listening and speaking practices).
Saturday will be devoted to the practice of silence. However, I will still be offering teaching through spoken word. More details on how this process unfolds will be shared during orientation for this retreat.
As the date approaches, you will receive a complete packing list. Think comfortable, cozy, weather-appropriate and simple. There is no need to dress to impress on this retreat.
We ask that retreatants leave as much of their technology at home except for whatever you need for traveling. Starting Friday evening until Sunday goodbyes, we ask that technology not be used on the property.
We ask that all retreatants turn off their phones and let themselves unplug fully. We encourage you to create a communication plan with loved ones at home so that they know when you can be contacted.
An emergency contact number will be provided if a family member needs to contact you during the retreat. This structure supports you to unplug and focus your attention on yourself entirely.
Travel arrangements to Whidbey Island are not included in the retreat rate. However, I am happy to try and coordinate ride shares. To get to the retreat, you will take a beautiful ferry ride to Whidbey Island and a short drive (20-minute) near the town of Langley.
